Overview

In this module, we will look at putting people front and center of your business. Successful businesses are made up of teams of people. If you want your farm business to be successful you will need to take a people approach by focusing on people management and strong communication. This module will outline approaches and strategies you can use to make your leadership more people-focused.

Once you complete this module and the workshop you will be able to:
identify the benefits of people management, leadership and how this can benefit a farm business
