Overview
As well as planning for the day-to-day activities on your farm you should also plan for the near and distant future. Most people focus on the financial elements of planning, but you also need to consider the people side of planning. In this module, we will look at how to use team and individual goals to shape your future farm, how to put your team members into the right roles, business resilience strategies, and finally succession planning.
