Overview

As well as planning for the day-to-day activities on your farm you should also plan for the near and distant future. Most people focus on the financial elements of planning, but you also need to consider the people side of planning. In this module, we will look at how to use team and individual goals to shape your future farm, how to put your team members into the right roles, business resilience strategies, and finally succession planning.

	Duration Online material approx. 30 minutes. Workshop 60 - 90 minutes.

Once you complete this module and the workshop you will be able to:
sort and create team goals vs individual work goals
ensure team members are placed in the correct role
plan business resilience strategies around employment on your farm
define the benefits of a strong succession plan.
