Getting your team to work together as a single coherent unit will help you reach your goals of maintaining and expanding your farm business. In this module, we will focus on resolving conflict, communication approaches, and embracing diversity in teams. If you are able to create a positive and understanding team culture, it will make expanding your team easier into the future.
