    • Supports farmers to strengthen leadership skills. Participants will explore leadership basics, leading self and others, team values, communication, coaching/mentoring and applying leadership skills to improve culture and business outcomes.

      Mode: 12 hours online workshops and learning

    • Supports farmers to apply industrial relations and HR requirements when employing people. Participants will learn about attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention, termination and payroll/leave requirements across employment options.

      Mode: 16 hours online workshops and learning

    • Supports farmers to improve people management and leadership skills and strategies. Participants will explore motivation, conflict resolution, employee development and setting team and individual goals to support farm business success.
