Supports farmers to strengthen leadership skills. Participants will explore leadership basics, leading self and others, team values, communication, coaching/mentoring and applying leadership skills to improve culture and business outcomes.

Mode: 12 hours online workshops and learning

Supports farmers to apply industrial relations and HR requirements when employing people. Participants will learn about attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention, termination and payroll/leave requirements across employment options.

Mode: 16 hours online workshops and learning

Supports farmers to improve people management and leadership skills and strategies. Participants will explore motivation, conflict resolution, employee development and setting team and individual goals to support farm business success.
