Supports farmers to improve farm financial management. Participants will gain knowledge and skills on budgeting, compliance and financial systems, and access the Standard Chart of Accounts and Dairy Cash Budgeting tool.

Mode: 8 sessions in-person or online workshops

Supports farmers with decision making techniques to help make the best decisions for a farm business.

Mode: 2.5 hours online workshop

Supports farmers and service providers to analyse and benchmark farm business performance. Participants will learn about financial/physical data, interpreting performance and understanding cash, profit and wealth.

Mode: 7x online workshops

Supports farmers to focus on strategic thinking with a growing farm business. Participants will learn to navigate business transitions, understand different structures, apply governance principles, simplify risk management and reduce stress from change.
