Session 4 explores developing my team. Just as I need to develop as a leader, my team needs to develop their skills. Often it may fall to me on-farm to show others how things are done and to support that knowledge and skill. acquisition through coaching and mentoring. I understand that I can only do so much and that I really do depend on others to ensure the farm functions.
