5 explores the importance of feedback. As a leader I plan and assign tasks to
others to ensure the work gets done on schedule to the required standard. How
the farm performs depends on my leadership and how clear I am with others about
their individual performance - how they are contributing to the performance of
the business. I understand that my team may have an innate sense of how they
perform, and I also realise it is essential that I give feedback often so
people know what is expected and where they stand in relation to this. Feedback
