Session 3 explores the essential glue of leadership - communication. The visions I have for the farm, the expectations and cultural norms I want to establish will only happen with clear and consistent communication. I need to develop the self-discipline to really listen to my team, understand how they feel and ensure that my behaviours and consistent with my messages.
