provides a good (albeit it very American) take on how facts and science alone are unlikely to persuade on ethical issues for food production. It's been put together by the Centre for Food Integrity (CFI) who were the first organisation in the world to undertake extensive research to understand how to build social license and create trust in modern food systems.

A succinct framework for engaging the consumer. Doesn't the video directly align with the methodology the calf project?. I liked the Steve Covey quote.
