Food safety in the Australian dairy supply chain

Welcome. This course is specially designed for you - our overseas friends, partners and scholarship alumni.

In this course, you will learn a lot about our Australian dairy food safety systems, and how they keep the dairy products we produce and send around the world safe and compliant with the strictest market specifications. The course is hosted by Grant, a real Australian dairy farmer based in the south-east of Victoria, and includes lots of interesting videos and resources to help you get to know Australian dairy.

The course is divided into 7 modules - an 'Introduction' and then 6 modules corresponding to different sectors of the Australian dairy supply chain. You can access these by expanding the topic headings below and clicking the various links to launch the activities.
