- This will take you through to the first section of the Snapshot, which is where we collect the Physical Data. There are only five pieces of physical data in the Farm Business Snapshot which is
1.     Total usable farm area
2.     Milking area
3.     Number of milking cows
4.     Milk Litres
5.     Milk Solids

- You will see a different icon for each of the items throughout the tool where you can get more information about what needs to be entered. 
- So for this farm, I am going to enter the data. You can tab as you move through.
- Milk production is based on the actual production sent to the factory so not total production for the year, replace milk and milk fed to calves, so just the milk that was sent to the factory. 
- Once you’ve entered all the physical data you can move to the next screen. 
- This is the only screen in the Farm Business Snapshot where you need to enter all the data.
