A single data set report will allow you to access:

- cash, profit and wealth views
- profit and Cash maps
- physical table
- printing a DairyBase report.

 

 

Text based instructions - Video script:
- Find and select the dataset you wish to see the Single Dataset Report of.
- A report will now be generated.
- You can now use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate and view the following information:
    + Summary Table
    + Physical Table
    + Cash Table
    + Profit Table
    + Wealth Table
    + Cash Map
    + Profit Map
- Its important to note that selecting the row heading in any view or table will display a definition of the term.
- These views can also be downloaded and viewed in advanced Excel documents.
- Alternatively, you can print this report. Select  Print Report from the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select paper size, orientation, and the report tables you wish to print.
- Finally select print report.
- A PDF report will be generated, which you can physically print or send to non-DairyBase users.
- From the datasets home screen select Reports from the top right-hand side of the screen. 
- Select Single Data Set Report.
