In DairyBase you can compare farm business data from different years and from different farms if you have access to that dataset. This is called a comparison report and up to 6 datasets can be compared.

 

 

Text based instructions - Video script:
- From the datasets home screen select Reports from the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select Comparison Report
- Select the datasets you wish to compare. For this example, I will compare data from the same farm across three different years.
- Once you have selected the datasets you wish to compare and they appear in the right-hand table, select Set Report Filters
- Select the Generate Report button.
- A report has now been generated comparing our three datasets.
- Like a Single Data Set report you can view information under the:
   + Summary Table
   + Physical Table
   + Cash Table
   + Profit Table
   + Wealth Table
   + Cash Map
   + Profit Map Tabs
- To give you an example, under the Cash Table you can view and compare data from the same categories over different years.
